Max is scheduled for surgery!!
Max will undergo spinal surgery in St. Louis on May 3rd! This is a very big day for our family, please keep Max in your prayers!

Max’s working FIVE days a week!
Max is currently working three hours a day five days a week at Beginning Steps in Richardson. Max's workload is VERY heavy but his attitude is FANTASTIC as always! Max was recently fitted with new orthodics that are helping a great deal!

Max stood for the first time in his life without assistance.
He stood for 11 seconds yelling, “I DID IT!” the whole time.

Max was recently fitted with new leg braces.
Brown camo leg braces, that is. He continues to work with his walker. He is receiving therapy four days a week and is making progress. Max is working on sitting up while seated on the floor. He is not yet able to stand on his own but he works daily toward that goal. He is also VERY excited about his trip to Canada this summer.
